5 WAYS TO BE HAPPY

I am by no means a motivational speaker or an happiness expect, but I just want to share what knowledge of happiness I’ve learned over the past years.

STOP VICTIMIZING YOUR SELF

Often times we tend live in the past rather than the present.  Leave the past to the past and stop blaming everybody for what happened. I’ve learned from life that people will hurt you, Hell; they’ll break you and leave you to the mercy of others. But even when they do that, learn to pick yourself up and don’t be the victim. Always see yourself as a victor, a survivor and a conquerer. Always be thankful for life.

CLOSURE IS GOOD FOR YOUR SOUL

Sometimes we go through life not even knowing that we’re bleeding. We go through life with wounds from our previous relationships and try to fake it. The only way to move forward and live a happy life is to have a closure with your past. Close the door to whatever’s limiting your happiness. Sometimes it might require you to confront some people, don’t be scared because you’re doing it to secure your future. After a long time of being angry and hurt its time for you to decide to be happy and make the best out of your life.

LIVE IN THE MOMENT

Live in the moment. When you’re happy, be happy don’t think about what you have to do next. Get off social media a bit and just enjoy spending time by yourself. You don’t have to post everything on social media. Take a little break, allow your followers to miss you. Don’t be a casualty.  Be the kind of person that shares what they want to share not their entire life.

BELIEVE IN YOURSELF

It’s a cold world out there. People can and will crush your dreams in a matter of seconds, but its up to you to agree with them or not. I love the bible verse phil:4:13. Growing up as a child I was always told by my aunt that I could do anything if God is my strength. That was probably the best advice anyone has given me since then.

FAKE IT TILL YOU MAKE IT

There was a time in my life when I was going through severe depression. I was having suicidal thoughts and convincing myself of reasons I shouldn’t be alive. It went on for a long time, I’m talking years. I loved people who were so confident about themselves. I surrounded myself with those people. Before long, I was faking my confidence, I faked my confidence until I gained real confidence and I just went from there. Encourage yourself, never let what people say about you define you as a person. Keep telling yourself you’re beautiful. Fake it till you make it.  You can make it, I know that for sure. You’ve through too much in life to continue to be unhappy. Happiness is a choice. Choose happiness and you’ll see what that does for you.
That’s all for today, until next time stay Fabu-lous!!
Peace, love, and happy shopping.
