Hey dolls,
I’m serving this tea hot so you might wanna grab a spoon. Can we all agree that over time we have subscribed to idea(s) of us that are really far from who we are? While meditating last week I realized that there is no way you can truly know who you are unless you spend time with yourself outside of “yourself”.
When I meditated on this whole theme I realized how important it is to spend time with yourself by yourself. When you spend time with yourself you know your likes and dislikes and what triggers you.
If you have the ability to live by yourself please do. Living alone gives you an idea of who you are without attachments and people. You will get to unveil parts of yourself you never knew was there and not only that, you will get a better understanding of what you’re looking for in a partner. If you can’t live alone right now there are other ways to get to know yourself. Like I previously stated spending time with yourself, detaching and unsubscribing to every idea that others have formed about you.
And try to meditate more often. Of course none of these things are the holy bible to follow just simple steps I have curated from my days of meditation and sleeplessness.I’m off to beat my face and hopefully get some sleep. See you in my next post!
