So you have decided to clean out your wardrobe and give it a new life. You are probably overwhelmed, scared and don’t know where to start from. That’s where I come in. First thing’s first to create a of wardrobe timeless pieces that you can wear over and over again you need to invest in the basics. Basic clothes like everyday items.
When building a wardrobe it is important to use a checklist to build a strong foundation of statement and timeless pieces that can be paired with anything in your closet. Here are a few basics that are always in season.
- A black tank top
Black is a versatile color it can be worn all year round. A black tank can be dressed up with blue jeans or a circle skirt.
- Turtleneck
Consider investing in a good turtleneck, something like cashmere.
- Cardigan
A warm neutral shade goes with everything! When picking out a cardigan try to keep your body shape in mind.

A white button down blouse is perfect for every wardrobe. It can help you achieve the “casual look” with a pair of mom jeans and it can also help you achieve the “sophisticated look” with a pencil skirt and pumps.
